I am requesting the following information regarding your Therapy and Community Rehabilitation services, including Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Speech and Language Therapy, and Dietetics:

 

Who is the internal lead responsible for managing these contracts? Please provide their job title and department.

 

Responsible for contract: Head of Category, Community &  Mental Health, North West London Procurement Service

 

Responsible for operational management: Deputy Directors of Operations across different divisions.

 

Who do the external providers report into operationally within your organisation? (e.g. Clinical Lead, Service Manager)

 

Responsible for operational management: Deputy Directors of Operations across different divisions via Service Managers.

 

Are there any current or upcoming plans to procure additional external support for these services in the next 12 months?

 

There is no planned activity for CLCH.

 

Have you experienced any challenges in meeting waiting time targets or service demand in these areas over the past 12 months?

 

There have been challenges in these service areas, hence the use of in-sourcing contracts to help support waiting times targets.  Overall CLCH is meeting key waiting times targets
