2a. A copy of any policies that set out how the Trust ensures that employees contracted through third parties have a legal right to work in the UK, and how these policies are enforced.
All suppliers have to meet the NHS employment check standards under the Workforce Alliance framework. See attached.

3c. Information that sets out, for each of the last three years, how many asylum seekers were registered volunteers at the Trust.
We don't collect information about our volunteer's immigration status however all our volunteers must have been living in the UK for at least 6 months prior to applying. We work closely with community groups focusing on Refugees and Asylum seekers to encourage people into meaningful volunteering.
3d. A copy of any policy concerning how you ensure that asylum seekers who are registered volunteers are not replacing paid roles.

4a. Information that sets out, for each of the last three years, how many checks have been conducted due to expiration of a Positive Verification Notice of a Temporary work visa.

A positive verification notice is a check we run when an employee’s application to remain is in progress and unlikely to be completed at the point their existing visa is set to expire. We do not run a check on expired positive verification notices as the employee will have either received and shared a new valid visa or would be terminated.
