Do you offer Tier 3 weight management services (sometimes called specialist weight management services)? Yes in our Inner North West Division.

If yes, do you offer consultant-led Tier 3 weight management services? No – Dietetic led but with consultant as part of the team

For each non-consultant-led Tier 3 weight management service:

1) How many patients were waiting for treatment at the start of April 2024? All patients have appts booked within 8 weeks – no waiting list

2) How many referrals to the Tier 3 weight management service were received per month from April 2024 to March 2025? (Please complete attached spreadsheet)

As this service is not RTT reportable (i.e. patients starting a definitive treatment), all new referrals to the service will be offered an appointment within 8 weeks. The initial appointment could lead to a discharge or follow up.
