    • Periodically review and audit consignment note practices, and conduct regular inspections of storage areas to identify and rectify any discrepancies or potential issues.
  • How do you store Waste Transfer Notes?
    • Electronic centralised system held by the CLCH Clinical Waste removal supplier and available on request.
  • What reporting, if any, do you produce based on data from Hazardous Waste Consignment Notes or Waste Transfer Notes?
