Managing conditions

We involve you in the design of your treatment and help you to manage conditions from the comfort of your own home.

Not every musculoskeletal condition can be avoided, but some lifestyle factors will increase the risk, such as: not enough physical activity, poor diet, smoking, sleep, stress, excessive alcohol consumption. Guidance for improving your lifestyle and living well - NHS UK.

As well as the guidance videos below for common musculoskeletal conditions CLCH also offers patients the opportunity to use an app called 'GetUBetter' which provides personalised support and exercises, responsive to how you are feeling which have been designed by health professionals.
