The Health4Life Kickstart programme aims to give families sustainable and practical healthy lifestyle advice as well as encouraging fun activity ideas. This programme is open to children aged 5-11 who have been identified as overweight by the NCMP programme. A member of our team will call you if your child is eligible to join the programme; however, if we haven’t called you and you would like to join then please do get in touch.
The programme is led by a Registered Nutritionist and a Physical Activity Leader and will equip your family with the knowledge and support to make informed healthy lifestyle and wellbeing decisions. Each week will include physical activity and a nutrition workshop for the entire family to enjoy.
