Staff Awards 2026: Nominations are now open

Patients, carers and family members are being invited to recognise the outstanding care and support provided by our staff by submitting a nomination for the CLCH Staff Awards 2026.

At the heart of our Trust are our values of Accountability, Inclusion, Compassion and Empowerment. We are looking for nominations that show how staff or teams demonstrate these values through the care and support they provide to patients, families and carers.

This year, members of the public can nominate an individual or team for the Improving Patient Experience Award.

This award recognises staff who make a positive difference to the experience of patients, families and carers.

Examples could include:

• listening to your feedback
• improving communication with you
• involving you in decisions about your care
• making changes to services based on your experiences

If a member of staff or team has made a difference to you or a loved one, we would love to hear from you.

Nominations will close on 26 June 2026.
