New Community Matters magazine highlights a year of achievement across CLCH

The 2025/26 edition of CLCH's Community Matters magazine is out today, showcasing the achievements of our staff, services and partners over the past year.

The publication highlights how CLCH continues to deliver great care closer to home for more than four million people across London and Hertfordshire.

The new issue features inspiring examples of innovative neighbourhood working and our efforts to reduce health inequalities. Read about a trailblazing initiative helping people with mobility issues in Merton return to employment and discover how partnership working in Hertfordshire is helping people receive faster care closer to home.

You'll also find out how podiatrists in Barnet are identifying people at risk of heart disease, and how residents in Brent are being trained to support children with asthma. The magazine also spotlights our Kaleidoscope team, who create meaningful experiences for children with life-limiting conditions and their families.

Community Matters includes features exploring how CLCH is supporting the ambitions of the NHS 10 Year Health Plan by helping shift care from hospital to community, from analogue to digital, and from sickness to prevention.
