CLCH’s Reasonable Adjustments Service on HSJ Patient Safety Awards Shortlist

CLCH’s Reasonable Adjustments Service has been shortlisted for the HSJ Patient Safety Awards 2026 in the Staff Wellbeing Initiative of the Year category, recognising its innovative and person-centred approach to supporting staff.

The programme has developed a more consistent offer of support by introducing a centralised service, clear pathways, a dedicated budget and a specialist team. Designed to reduce complexity and improve equity, the service now provides timely, consistent and compassionate support for an organisation of more than 5,500 colleagues and since its inception has supported over 300 members of staff.

By strengthening staff confidence and improving overall experience, the initiative is helping to build a more inclusive culture where colleagues feel supported and able to thrive.
