CLCH Secures Double Shortlisting for RLDatix Awards
We are delighted to share that CLCH has been shortlisted for two RLDatix Awards, recognising the strength of our improvement work and the real impact it is having on care, staffing and sustainability across the Trust.
The e-rostering and temporary staffing teams’ project, delivered in partnership with finance and operations functions, Turning Data into Confidence: How Real Time Insight Improved Care, Staffing and Sustainability has been shortlisted in the 'Improving Care Through Data and Insight Award' category. This nomination celebrates how we have brought together workforce, roster, acuity and financial data to create clearer, more actionable insight for teams, supporting better decision-making and more effective use of staffing resources.
A second project from the e-rostering and temporary staffing teams, delivered in partnership with operations functions, From Budget vs Establishment to Safe Care: Giving Community Inpatient Teams Confidence to Make the Right Call has been shortlisted in the ‘Outstanding Care Across Community and Care Settings Award’ category. This work has helped community inpatient teams make safer, more consistent decisions through improved visibility, clearer escalation routes and a stronger data-led approach to safe care.
These nominations are a fantastic reflection of the hard work, expertise and commitment of both the rostering and temporary staffing teams within the People Division, working in close partnership with operational colleagues to support frontline services. Together, they have helped drive improvements in roster quality, reduced unfilled shifts, strengthened confidence in decision-making and supported more sustainable staffing models across the organisation.
A huge congratulations and thank you to everyone involved in this achievement.
The awards ceremony will take place on 9 July so good luck to all teams involved
