CLCH achieves silver workforce accreditation
Central London Community Healthcare NHS Trust (CLCH) has been awarded the Workforce Process Quality Certification (WPQC) Silver Accreditation from the International Accrediting Organization for Clinical Research (IAOCR), following an independent assessment.
The globally recognised WPQC standard assesses how organisations attract, develop, engage, and support their workforce. Achieving Silver accreditation demonstrates CLCH's commitment to creating a positive, high-performing workplace where staff wellbeing, professional development, and quality leadership are prioritised.
The assessment praised CLCH for its exceptional leadership, strong employee engagement, and comprehensive health and wellbeing support. Assessors highlighted the organisation's clear communication of its vision and values, the high levels of motivation and mutual support across teams, and the authentic leadership demonstrated by senior colleagues.
100% of staff surveyed felt their contributions were recognised, understood the organisation's mission and values, and had access to resources supporting their wellbeing and professional development.
Importantly, assessors noted that CLCH exceeds the Silver standard in several areas, particularly leadership, staff wellbeing, and the communication of organisational goals and values. They also recognised that CLCH is well positioned to work towards WPQC Gold accreditation in the future.
