Wembley Centre for Health and Care reopens for patients on Friday 14 August 2026

Wembley Centre for Health and Care, located at 116 Chaplin Road, Wembley, HA0 4UZ, will reopen to patients from Friday 14 August 2026.

Safe access to running water has now been restored following an issue with the building’s water supply, and the building has been confirmed as safe to reopen.

Patient appointments at Wembley Centre for Health and Care will resume as normal from Friday 14 August. If any alternative arrangements have already been made for your appointment, please follow the information provided to you by your service.
