Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, I request the following information:

Following enquiries with the relevant service areas, we can confirm that Central London Community Healthcare NHS Trust does not hold the information requested.
The Trust’s payroll and HR systems only record payments and employment details from the point an individual commences employment with the Trust. We do not receive or retain information relating to pay delays, complaints, or legal action that may have occurred prior to an individual joining CLCH from another organisation.
As such, under Section 1(1)(a) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000, we can confirm that this information is not held.
You may wish to contact the individual NHS organisations where the staff were previously employed, as they may hold relevant information regarding any pre-employment pay issues.
