Central London Community Healthcare NHS Trust is a partner in South West London ICB, North and West London ICB (formerly North West London and North Central London) and Central East ICB (formerly Hertfordshire and West Essex ICB)
4. Does your senior leadership team have live access to updates regarding the Trust corporate plan? Management and reporting of projects takes place at multiple levels across the organisation – within operational divisions and corporate teams.

7. What software do you use for the management of Projects? We do not currently have any Trust-wide software for the management of projects.
8. Who is responsible for the overall management / reporting of projects? Management and reporting of projects takes place at multiple levels across the organisation – within operational divisions and corporate teams. Centrally, we have a PMO that reports on projects/programmes that are of the most strategic importance to the organisation
9. What software do you use for the management of corporate risks? The Trust utilises Datix for reporting and management of risks.
10. Who is responsible for overall management / reporting of corporate risks to the board? The Chief Nurse
11.Is any part of the organisation currently using Microsoft project Online? Currently not used
